really good service makes everything easy
helpful staff shuttle bus luggage storage
the staff was really good. they helped with shuttle bus bookings to the night market. a staff member found us after the last bus and drove my family back to the hotel in a smaller car. dolphin also helped store our luggage after checkout and gave advice for travel in ancient town area. snow was calm during the payment process.
i didn't see anything that was negative.

amazing breakfast free bikes
The breakfast was amazing. Every day, i got to try something new! also, they offered free bikes to explore the city and beach. it was so convenient and fun.
